Enlisting in the Army a month after his seventeenth birthday in April of 2001, Erick has experienced the highs and lows of life and the carnage of war. After seventeen years of service to his nation, and five deployments, he finally decided to lay down his military and professional aspirations and move to Nashville, where he would start focusing full-time on his music.
